十六烷基三甲基溴化铵-氯金酸-肼显色体系测定废水中微量肼
Determination of micro hydrazine in waste water by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide-chloroauric acid-hydrazine color reaction system
【摘要】 在0.015mol/LNaOH介质中,氯金酸根离子(AuCl4-)与阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)反应生成水溶性的CTMAB-AuCl4缔合物,在400nm处产生一个很弱的吸收峰,当有肼存在时,反应生成橙红色的金纳米粒子,在520nm处出现一个表面等离子体共振吸收峰,从而可实现废水中微量肼的分光光度测定。在选定条件下,肼浓度在0.025~1.0μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数为5.9×104L·mol-1·cm-1,一些常见离子不干扰测定。方法用于管网水和废水中微量肼的测定,回收率在94%~101%之间。
【Abstract】 In 0.015 mol/L NaOH medium, AuCl4-reacted with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB), forming water soluble CTMAB-AuCl4 complex that exhibited a weak absorption peak at 400 nm. In the presence of hydrazine, the reaction produced orange-red nanogold particle and exhibited a surface plasma resonance absorption peak at 520 nm. Under selected conditions, Beer’s law was obeyed for hydrazine in the concentration range of 0.025-1.0 μg/mL with apparent molar absorptivity of 5.9×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Experiments showed common ions did not interfere with the determination. This method was applied to the determination of hydrazine in tap water and waste water samples with recovery of 94 %-101 %.
