浊点萃取预富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定环境水中锌
Determination of zinc in environmental water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry after cloud point extraction
【摘要】 锌离子和1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)反应生成疏水性的络合物,被萃取到TritonX-100非离子表面活性剂胶束相中,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定相中的锌,建立了浊点萃取预富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锌的方法。影响络合反应和相分离的各种条件被优化,在选择的实验条件下,锌的质量浓度在0~3.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限为0.86μg/L,对锌浓度为0.013 2μg/mL的样品溶液进行6次平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.8%。该方法用于管网水中痕量锌的测定,回收率在96.4%~102%之间。
【Abstract】 After zinc ion reacted with 1-(2-pyridine azo)-2-naphthol(PAN) to form a hydrophobic complex,the complex was extracted into Triton X-100 non-ionic surfactant micelle phase,and then zinc in the phase was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,so that a cloud point extraction-flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of zinc in environmental water was developed.Various conditions influencing complexing reaction and phase separation were optimized.Under the selected experimental conditions,there was a linear relationship between absorbance and zinc concentration in the range of 0-3.0 μg/mL.The detection limit of this method was 0.86 μg/L.The RSD was 2.8% for six determination of 0.013 2 μg/mL zinc.This method has been applied to the determination of trace zinc in water with the recovery of 96.4%-102%.
