铜(Ⅱ)-乙二醛缩双邻氨基酚络合物载体PVC膜硫氰酸离子选择性电级的研究及其应用

【摘要】 以乙二醛缩双邻氨基酚铜(Ⅱ)络合物[Cu(Ⅱ)-GBAH]为中性载体制备PVC膜电极,该电极对SCN-具有优良的电位响应特性。采用紫外光谱技术和交流阻抗技术研究了该电极对SCN-的响应机理。在pH 5.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该电极对SCN-在.l0×10-1~1.6×10-6mol/L浓度范围内呈近能斯特响应,斜率为-55.4 mV/pSCN-(26℃),检出限为6.3×10-7mol/L。Cu(Ⅱ)-GBAH载体膜电极对SCN-具有较好的选择性,一些常见阴离子对电极的干扰较小。将电极用于废水中硫氰酸盐含量的测定,结果同高效液相色谱法相一致。

【Abstract】 PVC membrane electrode based on glyoxal-bis(o-aminophenol) copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu(Ⅱ)-GBAH] as neutral carrier was prepared.This electrode featured excellent potential response to thiocyanate(SCN-) and its response mechanism to SCN-was investigated by ultraviolet spectroscopy and alternating current impedance technique.In phosphate buffer solution at pH 5.0,this electrode showed near Nernst response to SCN-in the range of l.0×10-1-1.6×10-6 mol/L.The slope was-55.4 mV/pSCN-(26 ℃) and the detection limit was 6.3×10-7 mol/L.PVC membrane electrode based on Cu(Ⅱ)-GBAH had good selectivity to SCN-and some common anions had little interference with it.This electrode was applied to the determination of SCN-in waste water samples.The results were in good agreement with those of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
