β2肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与原发性高血压的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨β2肾上腺素能受体基因(β2-AR)A46G和C79G多态性与中国汉族人群原发性高血压(EH)发病风险的关系。方法江苏偏远农村地区190例EH患者(A组)和94名血压正常者(B组)为研究对象,用基因芯片技术检测β2-AR基因位点的基因型,比较两组基因型和等位基因分布频率的差异。结果A46G和C79G多态性的基因型、等位基因频率、A46G和C79G多态性构成的各单倍型分布频率,两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),携带不同单倍型人群的EH发病风险差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论β2-AR基因A46G和C79G多态性可能与我国汉族人群EH发病风险不相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of β-adrenergic receptor(β2-AR) gene A46G and C79G polymorphisms with the risk of essential hypertension(EH) in the Han nationality population.Methods A community-based,case-control study including 190 EH patients(group A) and 94 sex and age-matched controls(group B) was conducted.Genotypes of β2-AR gene A46G and C79G polymorphisms were analyzed by gene chip technology.Results There were no significant differences in the frequencies distribution of four haplotypes of A46G and C79G and the risk factors of carrying single nucleotide polymorphism for EH between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The A46G and C79G polymorphisms of β2-AR gene may not play an important role in the etiology of EH in the Han nationality population.
