【摘要】 目的探讨miR-221在胶质瘤中的表达及其与p27的关系。方法收集不同病理级别胶质瘤标本,以荧光定量PCR法和免疫印迹法检测其中miR-221及p27的表达,分析其与胶质瘤病理级别的关系。结果miR-221的表达强度与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关,与p27的表达呈负相关。结论miR-221的过表达和p27的表达下降或缺失与胶质瘤,尤其是恶性胶质瘤的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-221 and p27 in human glioma samples.Methods The expressions of miR-221 and p27 were detected by fluorescence quantitative-PCR and Western blot in 29 glioma samples of different malignancy grades.The relationship of the expressions with the malignancy grades of the tumor was analyzed.Results The expression level of miR-221 was positively correlated with glioma malignancy and negatively correlated with the expression of p27.Conclusion The overexpression of miR-221 and downexpression is closely correlated to development and progress of human glioma.更多还原
