人结肠癌VEGF-C表达及其与微淋巴管密度的相关性

【摘要】 目的研究血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在人结肠癌组织中的表达与微淋巴管密度(LVD)的相关性。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测VEGF-C、人淋巴管内皮透明质酸酶受体-1(LYVE-1)在60例结肠癌、10例结肠腺瘤以及10例正常结肠组织中的表达情况,分析VEGF-C表达与LVD的关系。结果在结肠癌组织中,VEGF-C阳性表达率为53.33%;在正常结肠组织、结肠腺瘤组织中均未见明显VEGF-C阳性表达。VEGF-C表达主要位于肿瘤细胞浆中,呈棕黄色颗粒表现。结肠癌组织中LYVE-1标记的淋巴管阳性率为76.67%,LVD平均值为5.761±1.676,明显高于结肠腺瘤组织中的1.722±0.390(P<0.01)。VEGF-C与LVD呈明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌组织中VEGF-C阳性表达率明显增高;VEGF-C表达与LVD呈明显正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Correlation of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-C with the human lymphatic vessel endothelial(LVD) in human colon carcinoma.Methods The expressions of VEGF-C and hyaluron receptor-1(LYVE-1) were detected in 60 cases of colon cancer,10 cases of colon adenoma and normal colon tissues of 10 patients with Envitision-2 immunohistochemical method.The correlation between VEGF-C expression and LVD in colon cancer was studied.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF-C was 53.33% in colon cancer,which was negative in normal colon tissues and colon adenoma.The positive expression of VEGF-C in colon carcinoma tissues was maily in the cell plasma,which was displayed as yellow pellet.The positive expression rate of LYVE-1 was 76.67% in colon cancer,which was significantly higher than 50% in colon adenoma(P<0.01).The LVD in colon cancer was 5.761±1.676,which was significantly higher than 1.722±0.390 in colon adenoma(P<0.01).VEGF-C expression had a positive correlation with LVD(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressive rate of VEGF-C in colon cancer is significantly higher than that in benign tumor.VEGF-C expression is positively correlated with LVD.
