【摘要】 根据专用统计分析软件产生的序列号,通过互联网为入组病人分配治疗组编号。方法是将事先使用SAS制作好的分层区组随机序列导入数据库相应的表中,入组病人根据事先规定的因素水平,在每个水平内按照时间序列从随机序列表中依次获取药物编号和对应治疗组。结果显示,通过模拟试验,该系统按照事先制作好的"序列"准确地完成了病人分组任务;证明该系统一方面可以使临床研究获得中心随机分组系统的各种优点,另一方面又实现了研究申办方对随机分组序列的完全控制,在临床试验中具有一定应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allocation of enrolled patients with predetermined stratified blocked randomization sequence created by SAS with a centralized system on Internet.Predetermined stratified blocked randomization sequence is imported to a table, from which eligible patients get the corresponding treatment according to the time sequence.Through simulations, patients got treatment sequentially from predetermined table as planed.Not only the merit of centralized system can be achieved,but the randomization allocation process and result can be strictly controlled in this system,so it is valuable in practical clinical trials.更多还原
