【Abstract】 With the progress of reform of Medical and Health System of our country, improving operation efficiency of medical treatment and service level and quality become the target of the hospital’ s reform. For the phenomenon of "frequent queuing and long queuing" , especially the last step for outpatient service - outpatient pharmacy window, we are trying to combine informationized data of the hospital with queuing theory to investigate suitable queuing model of hospital outpatient pharmacy, and explore the working efficiency and process flow of our hospital in this link.更多还原
