【摘要】 采用HS1100有机氟拒水拒油整理剂对芳砜纶厨师服面料进行整理。探讨了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等因素对厨师服面料整理效果的影响。优化确定了整理工艺条件:整理剂用量40 g/L,焙烘温度190℃,焙烘时间5 min;测试了整理织物风格、透气性能和耐水洗性能。结果表明,整理后的厨师服具有优良的拒水拒油效果,经5次标准水洗后,拒水等级仍可达10级,拒油等级达7~8级。更多还原

【Abstract】 AOF water-and oil-repellent finishing agent HS1100 was applied to finishing of polysulfonamide chef coats.Factors exerting influence on finishing results were discussed,including HS1100 concentration,curing temperature and time,and so on.Optimum process were determined as follows: HS1100 4 g/L,curing at 190 ℃ for 5 minutes.Results showed that the finished fabric had superior water-and oil-repellent properties with water repellent level 10 and oil repellent level 7～8 after 5 laundering cycles.更多还原
