莲纤维脱胶漂白工艺
Degumming and bleaching of lotus fiber
【摘要】 以农业生产废弃的食用莲藕荷叶茎秆为原料,采用浸渍、剥取、二煮一漂的脱胶漂白前处理工艺,以制取莲纤维。通过正交试验,优化得第二次碱煮和漂白工艺条件:氢氧化钠14 g/L,100℃碱煮3.5 h;过氧化氢10 g/L,60℃漂白60 min。以此工艺制取的精制莲纤维线密度25.9 dtex,强度1.68 cN/dtex,强度变异系数46.4%,断裂伸长率6.68%,白度42.9%,具有一定的可纺性能。
【Abstract】 Lotus fiber was prepared with edible lotus stalk as raw material via river dipping,hand-stripping and two-scouring-one-bleaching processing.The second scouring and bleaching process was optimized by orthogonal experiments,and processing conditions were defined as follows: scouring with 14 g/L caustic soda at 100 ℃ for 3.5 hours;and bleaching with 10 g/L hydrogen peroxide at 60 ℃for 60 minutes.The prepared lotus fiber featured fairly good spinability with mean linear density 25.9 dtex,relative strength 1.68 cN/dtex,relative strength variation coefficient 46.6%,and whiteness 42.9%.
