【摘要】 莫代尔筒子纱用还原染料染色后,再进行吸湿排汗处理。还原染料染色时,松筒密度要严格控制在0.28～0.3g/cm3,且颗差和筒子内部密度均匀;强化前处理,并加强主、辅缸与料缸间的染液循环。采用优化工艺生产的筒子纱,各项色牢度均达4级以上,抗静电性、毛效和吸湿指标较好。在此基础上再对其进行吸湿排汗整理,可获得良好的整理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cheese dyeing of Modal with vat dyes followed by moisture-management finish was carried out. Results showed that some points should be carefully controlled in dyeing process,such as density of loose barrel of 0.28~0.3 g/cm 3,intensifying pretreatment and enhancing liquor circulation between host vessel,auxiliary vessel and trough. The treated Modal yarns featured good properties,such as above 4-level color fastness,good antistatic property,capillary effect and moisture adsorption.
