【摘要】 采用阳离子改性涤纶(ECDP)为原料制作毯类织物,在常温常压下用阳离子染料等进行染整加工,其优化工艺为:采用阳离子红X-GRL、阳离子黄X-8GL、阳离子蓝X-BL和匀染剂,染液pH值4.5～5.0,轧余率100%,车速15 m/min;印花使用瓜尔胶为原糊,随后均进行长环悬挂汽蒸(100℃×25 min);后整理可采用5%柔软剂PS和2%蓬松剂PS。结果表明,加工后的阳离子改性涤纶毯织物具有较好的色泽鲜艳度、手感和染色牢度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The blanket made from easy cation-dyeable(ECDP) polyester was dyed with cationic dyestuff in normal temperature and pressure conditions.Every process of dyes selection,dyeing and printing was analyzed and designed,and applied to large-scale production.The optimal process was as follows: dyeing with cationic red X-GRL,cationic yellow X-8GL,cationic blue X-BL and levelling agent,pH value 4.5 ~ 5.0,pick up 100 %,printing with the same dyes and guar gum,running speed 15 m/min,hanging steaming at 100 ℃for 25 minutes,and finishing with 5% softener PS and 2% bulking agent PS.The results showed that the treated blanket featured bright color,soft handle and good color fastness.更多还原
