【摘要】 目的研究PSORS1区域单核苷酸多态性(SNP)rs1265181与汉族人银屑病临床表型(有无家族史、发病年龄、皮损类型)的相关性。方法利用1139例银屑病患者和1132例对照的Illumina610芯片基因分型数据,采用χ2检验比较SNPrs1265181等位基因和基因型在各表型分组间的分布频率差异。结果rs1265181等位基因和基因型的分布频率在病例组与对照组、有家族史患者与无家族史患者之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05),在少儿发病患者与成人发病患者、点滴型患者与斑块型患者之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论SNPrs1265181与汉族人银屑病的易感性相关,特别是与家族性银屑病相关性更为明显,但与银屑病患者的发病年龄、皮损类型可能无显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the association between SNP rs1265181 within PSORS1 locus and some phenotypes of psoriasis in Chinese Han population.Methods Using the genotyping data from genome-wide association study in 1 139 cases and 1 132 controls for psoriasis,we compared the distribution of alleles and genotypes for rs1265181 in some clinical subgroups of psoriasis with Chi square test.Results The distribution of alleles and genotypes for rs1265181 were significant differences between cases and controls,between familial cases and sporadic cases groups(all P<0.05). However,the difference between the pediatric onset psoriasis patients and the adult onset psoriasis patients,between the guttate and plaque cases did not reach the statistical significance(all P>0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that the SNP rs1265181 within PSORS1 is associated with psoriasis susceptibility in Chinese Han population,especially for the family psoriasis,but not associated with onset and lesions type of psoriasis.更多还原
