【摘要】 在护生知识技能实训和心理辅导前后,采用自编量表对新余高专医学系2008届大专护理二年级女生分别做了两次问卷调查,并将结果进行对比分析。发现:实训前第一次调查有77.42%护生最希望得到的帮助是知识技能实训,48.39%的护生产生了焦虑情绪;技能实训与心理辅导后第二次调查有97.81%的护生认为知识技能实训对自己有不同程度的帮助,心理焦虑的护生人数下降至7.69%。提出了护生实习前的知识技能实训与心理辅导势在必行的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 After giving the nursing students knowledge and skill training and psychological lecture,we adopted self-made scale to investigate grade-two girl students of Xinyu College through questionnaire twice and compared and analysed the result and found in the first investigation that 77.42% of students hoped to get knowledge and skill training before probation and 48.39% of the girl students had anxiety.In the second investigation after skill training and psychological tutoring,we found that 97.81% of nursing students thought that knowledge and skill training was of help to them to a certain degree and that nursing students with anxiety dropped to 7.69%.We conclude that it is necessary to have knowledge and skill training and psychological lecture.更多还原
