2007年成都市健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎免疫水平调查

【摘要】 目的了解成都市健康人群流脑免疫水平,预测流脑发病的趋势,为流脑的防控提供科学依据。方法选择成都市青羊区、成华区、青白江区和邛崃市作为流脑监测点。各监测点采取分层随机抽样方法采集1~5、6~10、11~15、16~20、21~岁共5个年龄组人群静脉血,进行健康人群流脑抗体水平检测,每组50人,共调查1019人。结果成都市健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体阳性率为94.60%(964/1019),平均滴度为1∶25.36;C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率为78.21%(797/1019),平均滴度为1∶7.34。结论成都市不同年龄组健康人群A群和C群流脑IgG抗体的阳性率维持在较高水平,提示大部分人对A群和C群流脑有免疫作用,但是可能存在C群脑膜炎球菌的自然感染危险,应加强流脑疫情监测,并做好15岁以下人群的流脑疫苗免疫接种,防止流脑疫情局部暴发。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the antibody level to epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in healthy population in Chengdu and provide scientific basis for the control of the disease.Methods The samples of venous blood were collected from healthy people in 5 different age groups in Qingyang,Chenghua,Qingbaijiang district of Chengdu and Qionglai city by random stratified sampling.The level of antibody to group A and C Neisseria meningitides were detected by ELISA.Results A total of 1 019 samples were detected.The positive rate of group A antibody was 94.60% with an average titers of 1∶25.36 and positive rate of group C antibody was 78.21% with an average titers of 1∶7.34.Conclusion The antibody levels to group A and C of Neisseria meningitides among healthy population were high,indicating herd immunity had been formed in Chengdu,but nature infection of group C of Neisseria meningitides might still occurred.So the surveillance of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and the vaccination of children under 15 years old should be strengthened to prevent the outbreak of epidemic cerebrospinal mengingitis.
