【摘要】 目的了解南宁市暗娼艾滋病危险行为和HIV/性病感染状况,为暗娼人群干预提供科学依据。方法2007-2008年采取整群随机抽样方法抽取暗娼人群,进行面对面无关联匿名问卷调查并采血作HIV和梅毒抗体检测。结果2007-2008年艾滋病基本知识总知晓率分别为73.09%和79.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.43,P=0.035)。暗娼人群最近1次商业性行为时安全套使用率,分别为80.8%和73.1%,不使用率分别为19.2%和26.9%。2007年有63.3%暗娼出现性病相关症状,2008年有40.5%的暗娼出现性病相关症状。2007-2008年HIV抗体阳性率分别为0.53%、0.25%,梅毒阳性率分别为3.69%、6.25%。结论2008年南宁市暗娼人群艾滋病基本知识总知晓率、相关安全性行为较2007年均有提高,性病相关症状及抗体均有降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the HIV-risk behavior and infection among commercial sex workers(CSWs) and provide basis for making effective intervention measure.Methods CSWs were surveyed by face to face interview with same questionnaire and by taking blood samples to test HIV,syphilis antibody.Results The awareness rate of AIDS was 73.09% in 2007 and 79.5% in 2008,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.43,P=0.035).The condom use rate in the latest commercial sex was 80.8% in 2007 and 73.1% in 2008.The rate of STI-related symptom was 63.3% in 2007 and 40.5% in 2008,the infection rate of HIV was 0.53% in 2007 and 0.25% in 2008,and the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 3.69% in 2007 and 6.25% in 2008.Conclusion The awareness of AIDS and safe sex increased and STI-related symptoms decreased among CSWs in 2008 in Nanning compared with 2007.更多还原
