【摘要】 目的探讨变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白水平与正常人的差异。方法通过各种中文全文数据库全面检索国内已发表的相关文献,纳入符合选择标准要求的试验并进行Meta分析。结果Meta分析结果提示,儿童变应性鼻炎、哮喘患儿组较对照组升高0.87ug/L(95%可信区间0.63～1.11ug/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);儿童急性发作组较缓解组升高8.02ug/L(95%可信区间7.62～8.42ug/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。成人变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者组较对照组升高1.14ug/L(95%可信区间0.81～1.48ug/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);成人急性发作组较缓解组升高9.06ug/L(95%可信区间8.48～9.64ug/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论变应性鼻炎、哮喘患者特别是急性发作期血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白异常增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) in serum examination in Chinese patients with AR and asthma and control group.Method We searched for all the related literatures in CBMdisc and Chinese Full Text Data Bank.A quantitative meta-analysis was carried out by two reviewers using updated information based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from all papers available.The meta-analysis was based on all ECP.Results The numbers of ECP in the children patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group 0.87 ug /L(95%CI 0.63～1.11 ug /L)(P<0.000 1),the numbers of ECP in the acute episode children patients were significantly higher than those in the remission patients 8.02 ug /L(95%CI 7.62～8.42 ug /L)(P<0.000 1),the numbers of ECP in the adult patients were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group 1.14 ug /L(95%CI 0.81～1.48 ug /L)(P<0.000 1),and the numbers of ECP in the acute episode adult patients were significantly higher than those in the remission patients 9.06 ug /L(95%CI 8.48～9.64 ug /L),(P<0.000 1).Conclusion There is increase of ECP in the patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma especially acute episode patients.更多还原
