精密机械结构的自适应压电分流阻尼抑振

【摘要】 为提高压电分流阻尼系统对多模态振动的抑制能力,提出了一种基于负阻抗变换器的频率自适应模拟电感电路,并应用于压电分流电路的设计,使压电分流电路能适应结构振动频率的变化而一直处于谐振状态,从而达到最佳的阻尼抑振效果,并研究了分流电路构型和各元件阻抗对抑振效果的影响。将此电路应用于典型精密机械结构——硬盘驱动器磁头驱动臂的多模态振动响应抑制,取得了良好的抑振效果,结构的前3阶稳态响应传递函数的幅值分别降低了8.15 dB、12.06 dB和2.11 dB。

【Abstract】 Based on the negative impedance converter,a frequency-adaptive simulated inductor circuit was proposed and applied to the design of piezoelectric shunt damping system to improve its multi-mode vibration suppression.With the advantage that the impedance of the inductor can vary with the vibration frequency of the structure,the shunt damping circuit always works at its resonant state in a manner analogous to a mechanical vibration absorber.To demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of multi-mode vibration suppressing of this piezoelectric shunt damping system,the multiple mode vibration control experiments on the actuator of a hard disk driver was performed.The results show that with the proposed frequency-adaptive piezoelectric shunt damping system,the transfer function amplitude of the first three modes of the actuator were decreased by about 8.15 dB,12.06 dB and 2.11 dB respectively.The impact of the circuit configurations and the impedance of elements of the simulated inductor on the vibration reduction efficiency were studied.
