【摘要】 以长白山区8个县市30个取样点采集的软枣猕猴桃样品叶片为试验材料,利用RAPD技术对其进行遗传多样性分析.用14个RAPD引物共扩增出104条带,其中多态带占82%.聚类分析结果表明,长白山区野生软枣猕猴桃各居群样品存在一定程度的地理区域聚类趋势,表明遗传变异与地理距离间没有显著的相关性.更多还原

【Abstract】 30 samples from 8 areas of Changbai Mountain were used as material,the genetic diversity were analysised by RAPD.Used 14 RAPD primers amplified 104 bands and the percentage of polymorphic bands was 82%.According to the clustering,the results showed that the samples of the population wild A.argita in Changbai Mountain area were existenced some cluster trends of geographic regional.It means that the genetic variation and geographic distance was not significantly related to each other.更多还原
