烤烟叶片发育过程中的组织学和细胞学研究

【摘要】 利用石蜡法和电镜化学方法,对烤烟下部叶从发生到过熟阶段组织结构和细胞结构的变化进行了连续观察。结果表明:随着叶片发生后天数的增加,叶片上、下表皮厚度无明显变化,栅栏组织厚度呈"∧"型变化,至叶片过熟时厚度略有增加,海绵组织在整个观察阶段持续增厚,栅栏组织与叶片厚度的比值在叶片发生第36d时达到高峰,栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值无明显变化,淀粉粒、嗜锇颗粒和叶绿体等细胞器先形成、再膨大,直至叶片过熟时细胞器分解,细胞内的高电子致密颗粒由多至少,到叶片过熟时又增多。

【Abstract】 The change of tissue and cell structure of flue-cured tobacco lower leaf was examined continuously from emergence to over maturity with paraffin method and electron microscopy chemistry.The results showed that:along with the development of leaves,the thickness of upper or lower epidermis changed little;the thickness of palisade tissue increased initially and then decreased,while it increased slightly through over maturity;the thickness of spongy tissue continuously increased;the thickness ratio of palisade tissue to leaf reached its peak 36 days after leaf emergence,and the thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue changed unsignificantly;the organelles,such as starch grain,osmiophilic globule and chloroplast,formed,intumesced,then decomposed at over maturity stage;the number of high electron densification granulars decreased,and then increased at over maturity stage.
