【摘要】 目的对外伤性原发脑室内出血的发病机制、治疗原则和预后进行分析评价。方法总结11例外伤性原发脑室内出血患者的临床特点及治疗方法。结果7例恢复良好,轻残2例,重残1例,植物生存1例。结论初期脑室外引流和后期脑脊液置换是有效的治疗手段,能够改善预后及降低脑积水的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate and analyse the pathoenesis, treatment and prognosis of traumatic intraven-tricular hemorrhage. 【Methods】Sum up the clinical features and treatment experience of 11 patients with TIVH. 【Results】 The prognosis of 11 patients were evaluated with Glasgow Outcome Scale: 7 cases were good recovery,1 case was light disabled, 1 case was serious disabled, 1 case was invegetative state. 【Conclusion】Emergency cerebral ventricular drainage and cerebrospinal fluid replacement are effective operations in the treatment of TIVH, and such means can improve the prognoses and decrease the incidence og hydrocephalus.更多还原
