【摘要】 [目的]探讨家庭环境因素对哮喘儿童的影响.[方法]选用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对51名哮喘儿童和51名正常儿童进行评定.[结果]哮喘儿童家庭的亲密度、情感表达、成功性、娱乐性及组织性等因素评分明显低于对照组,而家庭的矛盾性评分则高于对照组.[结论]哮喘儿童处在相对不良的家庭环境中,提示在治疗儿童支气管哮喘时,应重视患儿家庭环境的改善.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of family environment factors for the children with asthma. METHODS 51 children with asthma and 51 normal children were assessed with family environment scale-Chinese version(FES-CV) RESULTS The cohesion,emotional expression,achievement orientation,amusement,organization and more conflicts had lower scores in the family of asthmatic children than in control family. CONCLUSION The children with asthma live in relatively poor family environment,and it is indicated that the family environment of asthmatic children needs to be improved when treating the children with asthma.更多还原
