大同石炭二迭纪煤矸石煅烧活化研究

【摘要】 大同C-P纪高岭岩质煤矸石在不同的煅烧温度与恒温煅烧时间条件下,煤矸石的物理化学性能和化学活性有异.研究结果表明,经600℃煅烧形成的偏高岭石,具有最佳的火山灰活性;掺合经600℃煅烧的大同偏高岭石到水泥中,能显著改善混凝土的力学性能,提高混凝土的密实度和机械强度,为大同高岭岩煤矸石在建材、化工等领域的深加工利用提供了科学依据.

【Abstract】 Under different calcining temperatures,and different calcining time in constant temperature,for Datong coal gangue,its chemical and physical properties and its chemical activities behave differently.Researches show that,the Metakaolin of Datong coal gangue made from temperature 600℃,possesses best pozzolanic activity;Concrete compression strength of blending Datong metakaolin of 600℃ has surpassed calcined meta kaolin compression strength of 850℃ and 1000℃,and at the moment its nature is optimum.Indicating calcined Datong kaolin activity of 600℃ is optimal.This study provides a scientific basis for deep processing and utilization of Datong Coal Gangue formed in C-P Period in construction materials,chemistry,and other fields.
