【摘要】 目的探讨骨转移癌放疗联合唑来磷酸治疗的疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法选择60例骨转移癌采用放疗联合唑来磷酸治疗骨转移病灶,并行骨扫描(ECT)检查,设对照组40例,予单纯放疗或药物治疗。结果60例观察组患者中,疼痛减轻者总有效率93.3%,经ECT检查影像示有效53.3%,对照组止痛总有效77.5%,影像示有效32.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论放射治疗联合唑来磷酸的止痛疗效显著,并可改善骨转移癌患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects and the influence on life quality of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid for metastatic bone tumor.Methods Sixty patients suffering from metastatic bone were treated with radiotherapy and zoledronic acid.Forty patients as control group were only treated with radiotherapy or medicine.All patients in both groups were received bone scan.Results For bone metastasis tumor pain,the effective rate in observation group and control group was 93.3% and 77.5%,and the effective rate was 53.3% and 32.5% by bone scan,respectively.The ratio in both groups were with statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid is an effective method to relieve metastatic cancer bone pain and to improve the patients’ quality of life.更多还原
