【摘要】 目的了解安诺神经治疗仪对糖尿病周围血管病变中的疗效,探讨在使用该治疗过程中的护理体会及经验。方法随机收集27例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,予安诺神经治疗仪治疗一个疗程后,对比治疗前后患者症状、体征、及密歇根神经病变(MNSI)问卷评分变化以评价治疗效果。结果治疗前后神经的症状评分、足背动脉搏动、128Hz音振动觉、10克尼龙丝试验(Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination,SWME5.07)以及肌电力均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论安诺神经治疗仪是一种安全有效的无创的糖尿病并发周围神经病变的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Anodyne Therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN),and to share the ex-perience of this therapy. Methods Random data of 27 cases of patients diagnosed for DPN,were treated with Anodyne Therapy for one course,and the changes were compared in symptoms,physical examinations and electromyography of peroneal nerves before and after treatment so as to evaluate the effectiveness. Results There were obvious differences in symptom scores,pulses in dorsalis pedis,vibration sensation of 128 Hz tuning fork,Semmes-Weinstein monofilament examination (SWME5.07) and electromyography. Conclusion Anodyne Therapy is a kind of safe,effective,and non-invasive therapy to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.更多还原
