【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节镜下清理及术后持续灌洗引流治疗膝关节化脓性感染的围手术期护理措施。方法对18例化脓性膝关节炎患者行膝关节镜下清理术,术后用含抗生素的生理盐水持续灌洗引流1～2周,并实施规范的护理措施和有效的康复手段。结果患肢功能恢复早,无复发,术后1年膝关节活动度及HSS评分较术前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论膝关节镜下清理及术后持续灌洗引流是治疗化脓性膝关节炎的有效的方法,其规范的围手术期护理措施对疗效起到了至关重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study the perioperative nursing of the patients with purulent knee joint arthritis treated with arthroscopic debridement and postoperative continous lavage.Methods To collect the clinical data of 18 patients with purulent knee joint arthritis treated with arthroscopic de-bridement and postoperative continous lavage using normal saline with antibiotics for 1 week to 2 weeks.Criterion of nusing and rehabilitation were made and its therapeutic effects were observed.Results The methods had advantages in decreasing hospitalization period and increasing therapeutic effects.All these patients were cured.There were statistic difference(P <0.01) between preoperative and postoperative for the average HSS score and the knee joint movable degree.Conclusion The methods provided an effective choice for treatment of purulent knee joint arthritis.Postoperative nursing following the criterion of routine nursing was especially important during the treatment.更多还原
