【摘要】 目的探讨应用逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH钉)治疗股骨远端C3型骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用GSH钉治疗股骨远端C3型骨折28例。结果所有患者均获随访,时间6～32个月,平均13个月。复查X线显示骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间10.5个月,术后无肢体短缩,骨折畸形愈合及断钉等并发症。结论GSH钉治疗股骨远端C3型骨折具有手术创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,并发症少等特点,是目前治疗股骨远端C3型骨折较理想的内固定物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the application of Retrograde Intramedullary Nail(GSH Nail) treating the C3-fractures of femur lower segment.Method:Apply GSH Nail to treat C3-fractures of femur lower segment in 28 cases.Result:All patients were followed up for 6-32 months,an average of 13 months.The reviewing result of X-ray showed that both of the fractures were healed within an average healing period of 10.5 months,and there were no limb shortening,malunion and broken nails,and other complications after operation.Conclusion:With the advantage of small trauma,reliable fixed,and fewer complications,GSH nail is a better fixation of C3-fractures of femur lower segment presently.更多还原
