不同生物活性物质修饰对雪旺细胞的粘附影响
The Effect on Adhesion of Schwann Cells with Different Biological Substance
【摘要】 目的:筛选出有利于雪旺细胞(SC)粘附的生物活性物质和适宜的浓度,为修饰人工神经支架作准备。方法:采用荧光分光光度法观察不同浓度LN、ECM、PLL对第2代SC粘附的影响。结果:随裱衬生物活性物质浓度增大,SC粘附增加,SC初期粘附,随时间增加而增加,至4小时达到稳定粘附。其粘附强弱依次为ECM、LN、PLL。结论:ECM在50~100μl/ml时效果最好,价格也较低,是较理想的人工神经支架的修饰物质。
【Abstract】 Objective: To choose substance and its suitable concentration of Schwann Cells (SC) adherence for modification artificial nerve polymer. Methods: The influence of different concentration LN, ECM, PLL on the adherence of Schwann Cells. Results: The ad- herence of Schwann Cells increase following by increase of concentration and adhesive time. The ECM adhesive ability is better than LN, the latter is better than PLL. Conclusion: ECM adhesive effect is best when its concentration is 50 to 100μl/ml, which is cheaper and more suitable modified substance for artificial nerve polymer.
