光栅振动检测系统中信号处理关键技术的研究
Studies on Key Technologies of Signal Process in Vibration Detecting System with Grating
【摘要】 针对高频光栅振动信号的处理要求,设计了基于DSP的振动信号处理系统。采用状态机的方法克服了信号采集不同步的影响,并结合DSP软件细分算法实现了光栅振动信号的高倍细分。测试数据表明:该系统分辨率高、动态范围宽、实时性强,可集成光栅振动传感器应用于微位移、微振动的测量领域中。
【Abstract】 According to the processing requirements of high-frequency grating vibration signal,the processing system of vibration signal based on DSP was designed.Using state machine to overcome the influence of nonsynchronous data acquisition,and realized the high subdivision of grating vibration signal combned with DSP software subdivision algorithm.The test data shows that the system possesses the characteristic of high resolution power,wide dynamic range,real-time features.It can be integrated with the grating vibration transducer for micro-displacement measurement and micro-vibration measurement.
