【Abstract】 This paper introduced the tobacco cutter line of cigarette factory.PLC was adopted as working procedure controller to realize the automation of the system.SIEMENS S7-300 PLC was adopted as the controller.The controller system was PID regulates,man-machine interface was touching-screen and the high precision discharger was used,and the implement mechanism was made of air-force-proportion-regulate-valve and the relevant electric-transform-apparatus.So this system has high reliability,the data are accurate and reliable.It is operated simply and clearly.更多还原
