电涡流传感器对被测材料敏感性的实验研究
Experimental Study on Material Sensitivity of Eddy Current Sensor
【摘要】 为了消除普通电涡流传感器对被测材料的敏感性,文中对7种不同的被测材料进行了实验。通过处理实验数据,提出了一种能够消除敏感性的投影变换方法,在数学理论上分析论证了该方法,并给出了一种可以用电路实现该方案的总体构想,介绍了电路中主要组成部分的功能。
【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the sensitivity between common eddy current sensor toward the pending-tested materials,this paper covered the experiments using seven different pending-tested materials.According to processing experimental data,the projection-changing approach which can erase the material sensitivity was put forward.Moreover,this paper analyzed and demonstrated the approach based on mathematical theory,and then introduced a structural and general thought which can make use of circuit to realize the scheme with introducing the functions of main components in this circuit.
