基于虚拟仪器的多点分布式温度监控系统

【摘要】 文中提出采用数字温度传感器结合高性能的单片机和PC实现分布式温度监控的方案。设计了以STC89C52单片机为核心的高精度多路温度采集仪表,该仪表采用LCD12232显示模块动态显示采集到的数据,采用RS-485总线和MODBUS通信协议与监控主机通信,实现数据上传,同时可以接收主机下传的数据和控制信息。计算机监控程序采用LabVIEW开发平台,实现了对多个仪表的集中监控。

【Abstract】 This paper presented a kind of distributed temperature monitoring system based on 1-wire digital sensor,MCU and PC.An intelligent meter was designed to realize multipoint high precision temperature measuring,the STC89C52 MCU was used as the main component of the meter,and the data can be displayed dynamically through LCD12232 module.The RS-485 bus and MODBUS protocol was used to communicate between intelligent meter and PC.The PC monitoring software was designed using LabVIEW,which can monitor many intelligent meters simultaneously.
