基于微控制器的分布式监控终端设计
Design of Distributed Monitoring Terminal Based on MCU
【摘要】 介绍了监控系统中多微控制器的分布式监控终端的一种实现方案以及系统的硬件和软件的设计方法。分布式远程监控终端主要由一个通信设备、多个主微控制器和多个从微控制器组成,通信设备与主微控制器之间采用RS-485总线连接,主微控制器与多个从微控制器之间采用I2C总线连接。系统采用P89LPC900系列微控制器。系统成本低廉、组态灵活、易于扩展,适用于中小型工业过程自动监测和自动控制系统中。
【Abstract】 An implemental scheme of distributed monitoring terminal with Multi-MCU in monitoring system was introduced,and the design of hardware and software was also presented.The distributed monitoring terminal was composed of a communication device,many master MCUs and slave MCUs.The communication device connected with master MCU through RS-485 bus,and the master MCU connected with slave MCU through I2C bus.P89LPC900 series MCU was used for the system’s MCU.The system is low cost,simple and flexible in construction and easy to expand,it is suitable for auto-measurement and auto-control system in middle-sized industrial process.
