基于DDS声波生物传感器信号探测系统的研究
Study of Acoustic Biosensor Signal Detection System Based on DDS
【摘要】 针对声表面传感器信号处理系统的需要,以C8051F060单片机为控制核心,采用直接数字频率合成器(DDS)、增益相位检测器(AD8302)、16位A/D转换芯片(AD7654)等硬件,并利用LabVIEW串口通信模块对Lamb传感器的幅值和相位进行实时的采集和处理,实现了Lamb传感器表面质量变化量的准确测量,与传统的网络分析设备相比,该系统具有成本低、体积小、易于携带等优点,对于生物传感器在线、实时检测具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The measurement system,which was consist of C8051F060 microcontroller,direct digital synthesis(DDS),gain-phase detector(AD8302) and 16 bit A/D converter(AD7654),was researched and developed.Both amplitude and phase were acquired in real-time by VISA serial communication and processed by LabVIEW.It was proved that mass change due to chemical reactions can be accurately measured by the system.Compared to the traditional network analysis equipment,this system has high sensitive,lower cost,smaller size,which is more suitable for biosensors applications.
