基于MSP430F449的智能黏度仪设计
Design of Intellectual Viscometer Based on MSP430F449
【摘要】 介绍了一种以超低功耗单片机MSP430F449为信息处理核心,采用电容传感器进行液位检测的智能黏度仪。阐述了仪器的工作原理与构成,详细描述了温度测控及液位检测等功能模块的硬件设计,给出了软件实现方案。实测结果表明:仪器的各项指标均达到或优于工业黏度计的国家标准要求,计时误差≤0.5%,同列重复性优于0.3%,水浴温度控制准确度达0.05℃,操作简单,测量准确,智能化程度高。
【Abstract】 The design and implementation of an intelligent viscometer was introduced,which was equipped with MSP430F449 with super low power consuming for information processing and capacitive sensor for accurate liquid level measurement.The structure and working principle of the intelligent viscometer was discussed,the hardware design on temperature measurement and control module and liquid level detection module was described in detail,and the software realizing plan was presented.Experimental results indicate that all the indicators of the instrument reach or are superior to the demands of the national standards for industrial viscometer,of which the timing error is less than 0.5%,the repeatability of group is superior to 0.3%,and the accuracy of water tank temperature control is 0.05 ℃.The instrument can be operated easily,with high measurement accuracy and intelligence degree.
