Bestrophin氯通道的研究进展
Growing insights into bestrophin
【摘要】 Bestrophin是最新发现的一类Cl-通道,其同源序列广泛存在于动物、真菌、原核生物。Bestrophin受到Ca2+、细胞容积和自身结构的调节。在嗅觉传导、视网膜色素上皮细胞液体的转运以及细胞的增殖中发挥了重要作用。
【Abstract】 Bestrophins have recently been proposed to comprise a new family of chloride channels.Homologous sequences have been found in animals,fungi and prokaryotes.Bestrophins are regulated by Ca2+,cell volume as well as auto-inhibitory domain and play important roles in olfactory transduction,fluid transport and cell proliferation.
