【摘要】 目的评价使用罗伯特子宫动脉导管行选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的临床价值。方法使用罗伯特子宫动脉导管对10例经保守治疗无效的产后大出血患者行双侧子宫动脉选择性插管,再用明胶海绵行栓塞治疗。结果10例产后大出血患者选择性双侧子宫动脉插管均获得成功,栓塞后所有病例均停止出血,未出现严重的并发症。结论双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血是一种安全有效的治疗方法。罗伯特子宫动脉导管插管成功率高,能够显著缩短操作时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Roberts uterine catheter(RUC) in the treatment of serious postpartum hemorrhage by selective bilateral uterine arterial embolization.Methods 10 patients with serious postpartum hemorrhage with no response to the medication underwent selective bilateral uterine artery catheterization by using RUC,followed by arterial embolization with gelfoam sponge.Results The success rate of superselective catheterization is 100%.All the 10 cases with hemorrhage were successfully under control after the arterial embolization,with no occurrence of serious complications.Conclusions Bilateral uterine arterial embolization is a safe and effective way to treat serious postpartum hemorrhage.RUC is easy to manipulate and can significantly shorten procedural time and improve success rate.更多还原
