【Abstract】 A series of 7-amino-6-cyano-5-aryl pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione derivatives were synthesized by three component reactions of aromatic aldehydes,malononitrile and 4-amino-2,6-dihydroxylpyrimidine in ionic liquid [bmim+] [BF-4] at 80 ℃.The structures of the products were characterized by IR,1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.Compared with other synthetic methods,this new method has the advantage of good yields,milder reaction conditions and environmental benignity.更多还原
