离子液体中7-氨基-6-氰基-5-芳基吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮衍生物的一步合成
One-pot synthesis of 7-amino-6-cyano-5-aryl pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione derivatives in ionic liquid
【摘要】 以芳醛、丙二腈和4-氨基-2,6-二羟基嘧啶为原料,在离子液体[bmim+][BF4-]中80℃反应,合成了一系列的7-氨基-6-氰基-5-芳基吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮衍生物.通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析确证产物的结构.和其它合成方法相比,该方法具有产率高、反应条件温和和环境友好等特点.
【Abstract】 A series of 7-amino-6-cyano-5-aryl pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione derivatives were synthesized by three component reactions of aromatic aldehydes,malononitrile and 4-amino-2,6-dihydroxylpyrimidine in ionic liquid [bmim+] [BF-4] at 80 ℃.The structures of the products were characterized by IR,1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.Compared with other synthetic methods,this new method has the advantage of good yields,milder reaction conditions and environmental benignity.
