【摘要】 高等职业教育是教育事业的重要组成部分,在培养高素质劳动者和高技能型人才方面具有不可替代的作用。我国高等职业教育近10年来虽然取得了一定的成就,但与当前我国经济社会发展的客观要求相比,仍然存在不小的差距,面临着人才培养结构、体制机制、办学投入和教学模式改革等诸多突出问题。解决存在问题,实现高等职业教育可持续发展,把握趋势、提高认识是重要前提;深化改革、加快发展是根本保证。高职教育必须面向社会、面向市场办学,切实加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,全面提高教育教学质量,不断创新人才培养模式,坚持科学的办学定位,逐步建立起与社会主义市场经济体制和终身学习需要相适应的,并与劳动就业紧密结合的,结构合理、灵活开放、特色鲜明、自主发展的现代高等职业教育新体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education plays an important role for the development of education cause,which is irreplaceable for cultivating high-quality workers and high-skilled talents.Over the past decade it has made certain achievements,but with the current economic and social development of China,higher vocational education’s development is far from enough.It faces many problems and challenges,such as the structure of personnel training,institutional mechanisms,the reform of educational inputs and teaching mode,etc.Therefore,to solve problems and achieve sustainable development of higher vocational education are important prerequisites for deepening reform and acceleration of its development.It is quite necessary to run school in the market orientation,comprehensively improve the quality of teaching,consistently create talents training mode and adhere to the scientific school-running orientation.Finally,it is to gradually establish a socialist market economic system and lifelong learning mode which is closely integrated with the employment,with reasonable structure,flexible and open system.and independent development form.更多还原
