【Abstract】 It is an important research part to arrange and appraise the civil servant’s training courses based on the different government’s management achievement or servant’s further education, according to the new economic development. The main object and features about the training task is to construct the content and structure of the courses. The general route of the training courses being arranged is influenced and limited by educational policies, training polices, historical traditions and so on.
