大行程纳米级步距压电马达驱动电源的研究
Study on Precision Driving Power of Piezoelectric Motor with Nano-step and Long-range
【摘要】 针对基于尺蠖运动原理的大行程纳米级步距压电电动机的运动特点,研制了一种压电陶瓷微位移驱动器驱动电源。对压电陶瓷进行动态驱动实验表明,在输入三角波、方波、正弦波等动态信号时,该驱动电源可很好地跟随输入波形的变化,实现了输入电压为0~5 V时,输出电压在0~280 V内连续可调,具有40 mV的高分辨率和较为理想的静特性。同时对压电陶瓷的驱动实验还表明:压电陶瓷在0~280 V的电压范围内,微位移变化是线性的。
【Abstract】 As to the characteristic of piezoelectrics motor based on the principle of inch-worm motion,with long-range and Nano-step,a kind of precision driving power for piezoelectric actuator is proposed.Experiments show that when the input signals are dynamic,such as triangle wave or square wave,its output can follow input very wel1.The supply could adjust the voltage output continuously from 0~280 V when the input ranges from 0~5 V with the high resolution of 40 mV.The same time experiment indicates that the displacement of the piezoelectric actuator follows the changes of the voltage linearly from 0~280 V.
