锰烟尘对工人血清抗氧化系统及乙酰胆碱酯酶活力的影响
Effects of manganese dust on serum lipid peroxidation,antioxidant enzymes and acetylcholinesteraes activity in welders
【摘要】 目的探讨锰烟尘对电焊作业工人尿锰、血清脂质过氧化、抗氧化酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力的影响。方法选择384名电焊作业人员(接触组)及211名同厂后勤管理服务人员(对照组),测定其尿锰含量、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、总超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及AChE活力等指标。结果与对照组比较,接触组尿锰、MDA含量及AChE活力明显升高,SOD、GSH-Px活力明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01);血清MDA含量随锰接触剂量增大而升高,与低剂量组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),且呈一定剂量-反应关系;工龄分层分析发现,与工龄<10年组比较,随着接毒工龄增加血清MDA含量逐渐升高,血清SOD活力逐渐降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论锰烟尘能使机体脂质过氧化增加,抗氧化能力下降,AChE活力增高。MDA、SOD可作为锰中毒早期敏感指标及效应性标志物。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of manganese in urine,lipid peroxidation,antioxidant enzymes and acetylcholinesteraes(AChE) activity in welders exposed to manganese dust.Methods 384 workers exposed to manganese and 211 non-exposure controls were investigated.Urine manganese contents,serum malondialdehyde(MDA),activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and AChE were detected.Results The contents of urine manganese,MDA and the activity of AChE were significantly increased in the exposed group,compared with those in the control(P<0.01).The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly lower in the exposed workers(P<0.01).A dose-effect relationship existed between the contents of MDA and air-manganese.With the increase of the working age,the contents of MDA increased but the activities of SOD decreased,compared with those of the group of <10 years exposure(P<0.05).Conclusion Manganese dust increased the contents of lipid peroxidation products and the activities of AChE,and decrease the activities of antioxidant enzymes in exposed workers.MDA and SOD may be used as the early sensitive indexes of manganism poisoning and effect biomarkers.
