依达拉奉对急性脑梗死病人血清基质金属蛋白酶9的影响

【摘要】 目的观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死病人血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法120例急性脑梗死病人随机分为常规治疗组和依达拉奉组,每组60例。常规治疗组行抗血小板聚集、抗凝治疗,疗程14d;依达拉奉组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉注射液30mg,bid,疗程14d。采用欧洲脑卒中评分及疗效标准于用药前及用药后d7和d14进行神经功能缺损评分。ELISA方法检测治疗前和治疗后d1、2、7、14病人血清MMP-9水平的变化。结果治疗后d7及d14,依达拉奉组神经功能缺损评分均显著高于常规治疗组(P<0-05或P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,依达拉奉组治疗后d1的MMP-9水平显著升高,d2达到最高值,d7显著下降,d14达到最低值,低于治疗前水平(P<0.05)。治疗后d7、14依达拉奉组的MMP-9水平均较常规治疗组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉可降低急性脑梗死病人血清MMP-9水平,改善病人临床症状,减轻脑损伤。

【Abstract】 AIM To observe the effect of edaravone on serum matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into control group(n = 60) and edaravone group(n = 60).Patients in the control group were received anti-platelet and anticoagulant drugs treatment for 14 d.Patients in the edaravone group received edaravone 30 mg,bid,for 14 d based on the treatment of anti-platelet and anticoagulant drugs. Before the treatment and on d 7 and 14 after the treatment,the neurological deficits were evaluated by Epworth sleepiness score(ESS),while the levels of MMP-9 in serum were measured by ELISA before the treatment and on d 1,2,7,14 after the treatment.RESULTS On d 7 and 14 after the treatment,ESSs were higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01 ) in the edaravone group than those in the control group.Levels of MMP-9 in the edaravone group raised remarkably on d 1,reached to the peak value on d 2,and declined evidently on d 7.On d 14, the level of MMP-9 attained minimum value which was lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05).On d 7 and 14,the level of MMP-9 was lower in the edaravone group than that in the control group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Edaravone can lower the level of MMP-9 in patients with acute cerebral infarction,so as to improve clinical symptom and reduce brain damage.
