【摘要】 目的观察替米沙坦单用或合用百令胶囊对合并高血压的糖尿病肾病病人脉压及蛋白尿的作用。方法50例合并高血压的糖尿病肾病病人,随机分为2组,每组25例。在用胰岛素严格控制血糖的同时,单药组口服替米沙坦80mg.d-1,联合组口服替米沙坦80mg.d-1及百令胶囊5粒,每日3次;血压未达标者合用钙通道阻滞药,共治疗6mo。观察2组治疗前后脉压及24h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果治疗后,单药组和联合组的脉压分别下降了(12±s5)和(23±7)mmHg,24h尿蛋白定量分别下降了(1.2±0.5)和(2.2±0.6)g.24h-1。联合组下降幅度显著大于单药组(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合百令胶囊较单用替米沙坦能更显著改善合并高血压糖尿病肾病病人的脉压及蛋白尿。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the effects of single telmisartan or telmisartan combined with Bailing capsule on pulse pressure and proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension. METHODS Fifty diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups,25 in each. The patients in group A were treated with single telmisartan 80 mg daily,while patients in group B were treated with telmisartan 80 mg daily and 5 Bailing capsules,tid,and calcium channel blocker was furthermore for those of unstandardized blood pressure; with a course of 6 mo for both. The pulse pressure and 24 hours urine protein before and after the treatment were observed. RESULTS After the treatment,pulse pressure decreased (12 ± s 5) mmHg in group A and (23 ± 7) mmHg in group B,24 hours urine protein decreased (1.2 ± 0.5) g.24 h-1 in group A and (2.2 ± 0.6) g.24 h-1 in group B. The pulse pressure and 24 hours urine protein were lower in group B than those in group A (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The effect of telmisartan combined with Bailing capsule on pulse pressure and proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension is better than using telmisartan alone.更多还原
