【Abstract】 Probabilistic sensitivity analysis was a statistical approach to handing uncertainty in pharmacoe-conomics evaluation, and its results could be showed as a cost-effectiveness acceptability curve, which directly summarized the evidence in favor of the intervention being cost effective.In order to give a reference for doing pharmacoeconomics research based on Markov model correctly, sensitivity analysis was recommended and probabilistic sensitivity analysis was interpreted detailedly by an example.更多还原
