【摘要】 目的:观察心理干预对肝癌介入治疗患者手术应激反应的缓解作用。方法:将242例肝癌介入治疗患者随机分为心理干预组122例及对照组120例,检测两组患者手术前、中、后的心率、血压变化。结果:心理干预组手术前、中、后手术中血压分别为:126.7±12.5/83.5±11.3mmHg(收缩压/舒张压)、131.8±13.6/84.7±12.1mmHg、121.8±11.4/74.9±8.1mmHg,心率分别为:84.3±12.2、89.2±11.9、79.1±10.6;对照组手术前、中、后血压分别为:133.2±14.6/88.6±12.4mmHg、139.4±16.0/89.1±12.9mmHg、123.7±10.3/77.1±7.9mmHg,心率分别为:97.5±10.9、102.7±10.2、80.4±8.7。手术前及术中干预组血压、心率显著低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异,P<0.05。术后各值组间比较无显著差异。结论:心理干预治疗对缓解肝癌介入治疗患者围手术期的应激反应有明显的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the alleviation effects of mental intervention on stress reaction caused by interventional therapy on patients with liver cancer.Methods:242 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into mental intervention group(122 cases) and control group(120 cases).The blood pressure and heart rates were measured on each patient before,during and after the interventional therapy.Results:The blood pressures were 126.7±12.5/83.5±11.3 mmHg(systolic/diastolic blood pressure),131.8±13.6/84.7±12.1 mmHg and 121.8±11.4/74.9±8.1 mmHg in interventional therapy group patients before,during and after the therapy,respectively.The heart rates of trial group patients were 84.3±12.2,89.2±11.9 and 79.1±10.6 before,during and after the therapy,respectively.And before,during and after the interventional therapy,the blood pressures of control group patients were 133.2±14.6/88.6±12.4 mmHg,139.4±16.0/89.1±12.9 mmHg and 123.7±10.3/77.1±7.9 mmHg.The heart rates of control group patients were 97.5±10.9,102.7±10.2 and 80.4±8.7 before,during and after the therapy,respectively.There were significant differences in both blood pressures and heart rates between the two group patients before and during the therapy.But,after the therapy,there was no significant difference in the same indexes.Conclusion:There are evident relief effects on stress reaction of interventional therapy on patients with liver cancer by mental intervention.更多还原
