磁共振介入技术引导兔VX2脑瘤模型建立
Interventional MRI guided model establishment of rabbit’s VX2 brain tumor
【摘要】 目的:改进兔VX2脑瘤模型的制作方法,建立适合MRI影像和介入治疗需求的兔VX2脑瘤模型。方法:全麻下通过介入法种植瘤块建立VX2移植性兔脑瘤模型12只。结果:12只新西兰兔全部有脑瘤生长,MR扫描T1WI呈略低信号,T2WI呈略高信号;增强扫描(钆喷替酸葡甲胺0.1mmol/kg体重)呈明显较均匀强化,肿瘤最大平均直径0.5~0.7cm。同期检查显示肿瘤大小较一致,形态规则。肿瘤的MRI表现和病理学改变相一致,能够满足介入治疗的需要。结论:介入法制作的兔脑瘤模型成瘤稳定,适合MRI观察和介入治疗研究。
【Abstract】 Objective:To improve rabbit’s VX2 brain tumor model for the establishment of MR imaging and to facilitate interventional treatment needs. Methods:The procedures were performed under general anaesthesia. 12 New Zealand white rabbit brains were inoculated with VX2 tumor tissue.Results:Brain tumor could be found in all New Zealand white rabbits after inoculation. The tumors showed slight low signal on T1WI and slight high signal on T2WI as well as contrast enhancement after injection of Gd-DTPA. The maximum diameter of brain tumor was from 0.5 to 0.7 cm. Over the same period,MR scan showed consistent tumor size and shape. MRI manifestations were consistent with pathological changes and could meet the needs of interventional procedures. Conclusion:Rabbit brain tumor model produced by the intervention is stable. It is an ideal model fitting MRI study and interventional therapy.
