MSCT后处理技术在诊断肋骨骨折中的应用价值
Clinical application of MSCT and post-processing technique in diagnosing rib fracture
【摘要】 目的:探讨MSCT各向同性扫描及后处理技术在诊断肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:对38例患者先行X线检查,再采用MSCT机进行各向同性扫描,应用SSD(三维表面重建)、VR(容积再现)、MPR(多平面重建)等后处理技术进行重建,观察不同重建方法的应用价值。结果:38例患者中DR显示肋骨骨折62处,另有5处怀疑骨折,而MSCT显示了全部38例共81处肋骨骨折。结论:MSCT扫描,具有扫描快、图像清晰的优点,结合VR、MPR等图像后处理功能可提高骨折的诊断,明显优于DR检查,具有重要的临床意义和价值。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of multi-slice CT isotropic scan and post-imaging treatment of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing rib fracture.Methods:Plain X-ray was taken in 38 cases at first,and the volume scans including all the ribs were performed by MSCT,then all the images were reconstructed and the images such as SSD(surface shaded display),VR(volume rendering),MPR(multi-planar reconstruction)were obtained.Results:62 rib fractures and 5 doubtful fractures of 38 cases,were found with DR,while,81 rib fractures in all patients were found with MSCT.Conclusion:The MPR and VR techniques showed advantages over DR in detecting fractures.Scanning of MSCT and VR,MPR techniques are important for the diagnosis and treatment of the rib fracture.
