【摘要】 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT仿真内镜结合其它后处理技术诊断结肠病变的临床应用价值。方法:32例结肠癌、结肠息肉和结肠憩室患者行结肠充气螺旋CT扫描,利用随机附带软件进行结肠仿真内镜、多平面重组和容积再现技术等观察,并与纤维结肠镜结果比较。结果:所有病例均获得满意的结肠后处理图像,仿真内镜结合多平面重组和容积再现技术,对结肠病变作出了准确的定量和定性诊断。结论:16层螺旋CT仿真内镜及其后处理技术对结肠病变的显示具有与结肠镜相似的敏感性和特异性,且能提供比结肠镜更丰富的诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of 16-slice CT colon virtual endoscopy and other post-progress technologies in the diagnosis of colon disease.Methods:CT scan with colon aeration of 32 cases of carcinoma,polypi and diverticula were performed and studied with CTVE,MPR and VRT,then compared with colonofiberscope.Results:All cases had procured satisfactory CT post-progress images,and precise diagnosis of quantitation and qualitation were given combined with CTVE,MPR and VRT.Conclusion:16-slice CT colon virtual endoscopy has the similar sensibility and specificity with colon endoscopy,which could provide more profuse information conbined with other post-progress technologies than colon endoscopy.更多还原
