【摘要】 目的:研究藏药打箭菊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:抗炎作用采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、镇痛作用采用热板法和扭体法,来观察打箭菊的抗炎镇痛作用。结果:打箭菊能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀;对小鼠热板法和扭体法所致的疼痛反应有明显的抑制作用。结论:打箭菊有良好的抗炎镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tibetan Drug Pyrethri tatsienensis.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effect was observed with ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and the analgesic effect with writhing test and hot plate test.Results:Pyrethri tatsienensis could obviously inhibit the ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice as well as the pain induced by hot plate and acetic acid.Conclusion:Pyrethri tatsienensis has satisfactory anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.更多还原
